Nootropics

@bindingaffinity

At this point I’m most fond of aniracetam. It’s a bit more spendy, but it’s worth it. I’m tasting noopept at some point this week though and I’ll keep you posted on my thoughts on that one aswell.

@industrialpeople

I’m so down to do IDRA-21! From what I’ve been able to deduce from the Macaque and Rhesus Monkey studies, the dose would be ~30mgs once every three days. Help me find a wholesaler. 50mgs on Tocris is $575 —yuck!

here’s some Pubmed articles about IDRA-21:

The effects of huperzine A and IDRA 21 on visual recognition memory in young macaques.

&

The effects of IDRA 21, a positive modulator of the AMPA receptor, on delayed matching performance by young and aged rhesus monkeys.

    哈哈。 這個是真的! 我愛中國。 BTW, are you on EK? If not, want an invite? Perhaps if we find a lab we can make an ad for a group buy.
  3. bindingaffinity said: aniracitam did sound like a winner. I wish the CX series had better bioavailability and BBB penetration, they would have been promising if not for that. Lilly’s ampakines also sound good: more BDNF could be very awesome.
